Your Organization Coach

My love of organization comes from years of corporate organizing, everything from projects to events to HR teams.

I learned to organize my home in a way that made it easier for me and my loved ones to stay organized. That created not just more time, but also a calmer and more restful space. Life got less stressful!

I started sharing some of these techniques with others. What I found was that many families struggle with the same issues I had struggled with. They needed not only a decluttered space, but a system to keep it that way. That’s what I love to do—I love coaching people to develop their own systems that will maintain that organization. I’ll coach you to your own rhythm, processes, and strategies. These will save you time and ensure your family can truly enjoy the lovely order of restful a home. A sanctuary.

My Approach

Allowing someone new into your home means being vulnerable. We take this seriously and start our journey with love and compassion. At the heart of our approach is our relationship. The more we know you, the more we can serve you. We work hard to create a judgment-free zone.

My Process

It’s all about you. We develop processes and systems that work for you and your family. This means we do a lot of listening to understand your home (or office) dynamic.

Learn How it Works!

Can't I just do it myself?

You absolutely CAN do it yourself. There are loads of books and resources to learn the skills on your own. Most clients like the one-on-one coaching to understand what is going to work for them. It can also be massively overwhelming to get started. A coach can jump-start the process and get you up and running with a streamlined household which makes maintenance much easier.

How long does it take?

During our initial consultation we’ll discuss your project and what the timeframe will look like. Simple decluttering projects may only take 4 hours while deeper detox projects may take several days. We work hard to set clear expectations from the beginning before you ever sign an agreement. It’s okay to start small too!  

Does it Last?

Our unique approach takes into account your existing habits and family structure. Our goal is to create a system that you can keep up. Don’t worry, we’re available for check-ups, but most of our clients are able to maintain their results on their own without much additional coaching. 

What happens to all of my old junk?

We never want to contribute to landfills. We have our go-to donation centers or we’ll even sell your items on your behalf. We’ll even host your garage sale (including marketing it) if you need! The good news is that we’ll handle everything.

How Much Does it Cost?

Each project is unique in its challenges and what outcome you are hoping to achieve. During our initial consultation we will create a package that works within your budget and set expectations appropriately. 

Do I have to Participate and "Be There"?

During our initial consultation we’ll get to know you and talk about each space to set expectations and goals. This is definitely a collaborative process and your involvement may vary depending on the space and scope of the project. Remember, this is all about YOU and how YOU want to feel in your space.
